Emergency Beef Up for Your Immune System

I’ve been diligently looking high and low for a variety of solutions that range from cheap and simple to relatively expensive and complex  to boost our immune systems by using food and probiotics.

I am going to start with the tried and true, but not necessary palatable solution to building one’s immune system up. But if you are sick, or your loved one is seriously sick and is going down the tubes fast, forget about the bad taste or grossness and just do it!

a. Raw Liver. This maybe the least palatable of all solutions, but is probably one of the best. The first issue is getting 100% grass fed antibiotic free, steroid free, beef liver or preferably, calves’ liver (for less toxic accumulation).

b. Because raw beef liver truly tastes bad, NEVER put it in the blender. It just spreads the bad taste all over the place.

c. Slice the liver very thinly and then cross cut it in ¼ inch length so that you end up with super thin slices about ¼ inch by a ¼ inch.

d. Mix with Inner Garden™ or Rest Easy™ for probiotics

e. Add raw cream or raw milk if available

f. Swallow this. 3-4 tablespoons, 2-3 times a day.

2. My personal favorite is raw beef, also commonly known as beef tartare (German), but many other countries also have their versions of raw beef.

a. I get very clean, grass-fed, steroid & antibiotic free, high quality beef, run it through a food processor, with Inner Garden™ or Rest Easy™ for the probiotics, (2-3 tablespoons per pound of meat).

b. Next, I add lemon juice, worcestershire and / or soy sauce, some garlic or garlic powder, salt and pepper and (especially if the meat is quite lean,) I will add coconut oil or butter (high density saturated fats). We are trying to get proper balance and high-energy material.

c. Grind this all up thoroughly and smear it on bread or rice and eat it.

This really does taste good and according to Aajonus, I was supposed to eat 1 ¼ pounds of this raw meat each and every day. This was a bit hard to confront so I never really ate that quantity.

But eating several tablespoons per meal DEFINITELY made me feel stronger and healthier.

3. I mentioned colloidal silver and MMS last time and it is time that you either go out and buy some or start making your own. This is already the last minute, so get prepared and have at least this on hand.

Good News!

Here’s an update on the mandatory immunization shots for Texas. Through their hard work, CCHR—Citizens Commission for Human Rights (www.cchr.org), was able to defeat the mandatory Gardasil vaccine. This was a great win and we owe a lot to CCHR for this victory.

However, Texas still has mandatory vaccinations for children (like many other states) for the following items. Depending on age, a child has to receive between 1 and 5 shots of each item:

• Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (DTaP/DTP/DT/Td/Tdap)

• Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)

• Hepatitis B

• Varicella

• Meningococcal

• Polio

• Hepatitis A

Note that a lot of these vaccines have several totally different species of toxic, viral/bacteria mixtures with both live and dead cells. In addition, there is the whole panorama of toxic heavy metals such as mercury and lead that are also part of most vaccines. That is what is being injected into the body.

Common Sense alone should alert one that something is awfully wrong with this picture. Why in the world would anybody want to inject live and dead virus and bacteria into one’s body?

In nature, most of these things do not enter one’s body directly through the blood. They usually enter through the nose (breathing), or the skin (absorption), and unless you have a direct open cut, you are not going to get any of these things directly into your bloodstream. Your body’s immune system will handle most of this attack since it comes in slowly and is not a shock of multi-species, multi-forms compounded with heavy toxic metals.

I hope that I have jarred your common sense to stay clear from the well-written scientific propaganda for vaccinations.
